Since we participate with many PPO insurances, we have agreed to have lower fee schedules. We will file the necessary paperwork with your insurance company for you.  We will gladly assist you in determining the coverage that you have available.

Payment Options

Payment options will be discussed before any treatment begins. There are no hidden fees when you begin treatment in our office.  We will work with you to create a payment plan that fits within your budget. We accept most major credit cards.
